MK7.5 Euro Taillight Harness
 
This harness is designed for MK7.5 vehicles converting to European spec LED taillights.
 
The European MK7.5 LED taillights use a different connector and wiring configuration than the North American MK7.5 LED taillights. This harness adapts the required lighting circuits for the European configuration without cutting, splicing, pinning, or depinning the factory vehicle wiring.

Important
 
Please confirm that your replacement taillights are the European spec MK7.5 LED version before ordering.
 
Some factory MK7.5 connectors use a keyway that prevents the 8 pin blue connector from seating completely. If present, the keyway on the factory female connector must be carefully trimmed for proper fitment.
 
Only the required keyway section should be removed. Do not force the connectors together or damage the connector housing during installation.
 
VCDS or OBD11 coding is required to configure the lighting channels for proper operation of the European MK7.5 LED taillights.
 
If you are unsure about compatibility, send your VIN along with photos of the factory and replacement taillights, connectors, or part numbers and compatibility can be confirmed before ordering.
