This harness is designed specifically for MK6.5 Jetta GLI models converting from the factory taillights to AlpTech clear LED taillights.

The AlpTech taillights use a different wiring and pin configuration than the factory MK6.5 GLI taillights. This harness adapts the factory wiring for proper operation without cutting or splicing the original vehicle wiring.

Other aftermarket taillights may use different connectors, pinouts, or internal wiring configurations and are not supported by this harness.
