EA888 Wastegate Extension Harness
This harness provides an additional three feet of wiring for the electronic wastegate actuator on MQB EA888 applications.
It is designed for relocated or aftermarket turbocharger setups where the wastegate actuator is positioned farther from the factory connector and the original wiring can no longer reach.
The extension is protected with high temperature fiberglass and silicone sleeving to provide additional protection in high heat areas of the engine bay.

This extension provides the additional length required without cutting or extending the original engine harness while maintaining a secure OEM style connection.
Installation Notes
• Route the harness away from direct exhaust and turbocharger heat whenever possible • Secure the harness properly to prevent movement, abrasion, or chafing • Avoid routing the harness against sharp edges or directly against hot exhaust components

• Continuous operating temperature: 65°F below zero to 500°F (54°C below zero to 260°C) • Heat resistance: up to 2000°F (1093°C) for 15 to 20 minutes • Peak heat resistance: up to 3000°F (1650°C) for 15 to 30 seconds • Flammability rating: VW 1 • Inner material: fiberglass • Outer coating: silicone
