MK7 to MK7.5 European LED Taillight Harness

This harness is designed for MK7 vehicles originally equipped with factory halogen taillights converting to European MK7.5 LED taillights.

The factory MK7 taillights use 4 pin and 5 pin black connectors, while the European MK7.5 LED taillights use 8 pin blue connectors and a completely different wiring configuration.

This harness provides the required connector and wiring conversion without cutting, splicing, pinning, or depinning the factory vehicle wiring.

Important

This harness is specifically for actual European MK7.5 LED taillight assemblies.

It is not the correct harness for the North American style MK7.5 LED taillights, including versions that use amber turn signals.

VCDS or OBD11 coding is required to configure the lighting channels for proper operation of the European MK7.5 LED taillights.

If you are unsure which taillight assembly you have, send photos of the taillights, connectors, or part numbers and compatibility can be confirmed before ordering.
