MK6 Jetta GLI NAR LED Tails to Halogen Spec Harness
This harness is specifically designed for the MK6 GLI and is compatible with NAR LED tails.
The GLI LED tails that come from the factory have a different connector, making aftermarket options not possible, and a viable replacement option unavailable. However, with this product, you can convert your current factory harness to a halogen spec by hardwiring it into the CECM, also known as the J519.
Once you have done this, you will have the independent outputs that are necessary for aftermarket lights. This means that the brake and signal will be separated into two separate channels, which is different from the factory GLI LEDs that use PWM and utilize the same signal for both.
Please keep in mind that this is not a plug-and-play harness, and you will need some wiring and splicing knowledge, along with basic tools. A PDF install guide is provided for your convenience.
